| Email: No email; no error |

I'm not getting any emails but I'm not getting any errors either, what's wrong? Many people use windows on a daily basis and it's not a case sensitive operating system. Our servers are running in Linux and it is a case sensitive operating system. For example

is different from

or

Email is always in lower case. If you have having trouble getting email, look at your account settings. If your username has any capital letters in it, that is most likely the culprit. E-mail address, username, and/or reply-to addresses all must be lower case for our server to recognize you. |
