I get a lot of E-mails that have *****SPAM***** in the subject line, what can I do to get rid of them? The reason you get these emails is because our spam filters are identifying those emails as spam. Due to the nature of spam filtering we don't want to just delete them for you because it could be email that's incorrectly identified. The best thing to do is setup a filter on your mail client that will move these emails to a different folder on your computer for later review. However, you can have the filter completely delete the email as well if you are comfortable with the fact that you may delete legitimate mail. The way to setup filters depends on the client you are using. We have instructions for setting up filters in Outlook Express and Thunderbird clients here. Outlook Express:

After applying these rules, anything our server tags as possible spam will be moved to the spam filter we created. You can then look through them to make sure that nothing is tagged incorrectly and delete the rest. |
